Bulk Source Freight is a growing California-based freight brokerage specializing in agriculture, bulk commodities, feed, grain, fertilizer, and dry bulk freight. We are looking for a driven freight broker agent / field sales rep to build direct shipper relationships throughout the Visalia and Central Valley region.
This role is for someone who can sell freight services, knock on doors, build trust with shippers, and close business—not just post loads.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prospect and sell freight brokerage services directly to shippers
• Conduct in-person field sales: farms, processors, ag yards, mills, manufacturers
• Build and manage long-term shipper relationships
• Quote lanes, negotiate rates, and secure freight
• Work closely with dispatch to move freight consistently
• Maintain a local book of business with repeat customers
• Represent Bulk Source Freight professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For
• Freight brokerage sales experience OR proven B2B field sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable walking into facilities, shaking hands, and asking for freight
• Understanding of ag, bulk, dry van, hopper, walking floor, or dump freight (huge plus)
• Self-motivated and organized
• Lives in or near Visalia / Tulare / Kings County
