We are hiring a highly experienced Class A CDL driver for consistent, locally based work. This position is not entry-level. Only drivers with verifiable, documented experience will be considered.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (READ CAREFULLY)
Applicants must meet ALL requirements below to be considered:
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of VERIFIABLE Class A driving experience
• Experience must be documented through:
• Previous employer(s)
• DAC / PSP records
• Pay stubs or W-2s
• FMCSA employment verification
• Must live within a 30-mile radius of Chowchilla, CA
• Clean or manageable MVR (no recent serious violations)
• Ability to pass:
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Random DOT drug & alcohol testing
• Background check
• Must have solid logbook compliance (ELD experience required)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NOT OPTIONAL)
Applicants should have documented experience in one or more of the following:
• Agricultural or commodity hauling
• Bulk freight or material hauling
• Local and regional operations
• Working in variable field, yard, or rural conditions
Drivers must be comfortable:
• Operating in tight farm yards and rural locations
• Handling uneven terrain and non-paved surfaces
• Working independently without constant supervision

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate Class A equipment safely and professionally
• Perform thorough pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections
• Identify and report mechanical issues immediately
• Maintain accurate logs, load documentation, and trip records
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and management
