this former cargo trailer has been converted to be a Micro toy hauler, this 6x12 unit has upgraded tires and axel for more weight carrying capabilities up to 3000lbs, there is 120v power installed in tandem with the 12v power system, the unit has been insulated for bad weather, has a rear facing 6x10 awning, built in microwave, refrigerator runs on 12v, propane, 120v power, has a sink with city or on board fresh water tank "16 gal", along with a 16gal grey water tank, 4 windows, inside and outside lights, can be towed with a light duty vehicle, the ramp door opening is 5'wide X 6' tall spring assist open and close, it has been used twice for hauling my side by side, the unit has tie downs for a multitude of things, built in cabinets for food storage and cooking utensil storage, is built for elec and water hook ups, I dont need it anymore I have a motorhome, so its time to go to another home
