We are seeking experienced countertop installers and install crews for ongoing commercial and multi-unit builder work. Projects include apartments, hotels, senior living, and large residential developments.
This is high-volume, production work - not retail. We are looking for professionals who can maintain strong output while delivering consistent quality.
Scope of Work:
Installation of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops
Multi-unit / repetitive layout installs
Seaming, leveling, and securing tops to spec
Coordination with site supers and other trades
Punch work and final completion
For Subcontractor Crews (Non-Negotiable):
Must be a licensed contractor
Must be bonded and insured
Proven experience with commercial or tract builder projects
Reliable crew with transportation and tools
Ability to meet production schedules
For Employee Installers:
Must have experience installing stone countertops (commercial/builder preferred)
Ability to read plans and work efficiently in a production environment
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Team-oriented with attention to detail
Preferred (All Applicants):
Experience with apartments, hotels, or large housing developments
Ability to handle multiple units per day/week
Strong communication on active job sites
Valid Driver's License
