Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for a Grounds Keeper/Apartment Maintenance to work at a local apartment complex in Fresno. Position is Full-Time Temp to hire, starting ASAP , 8am - 5pm, Mon - Friday Candidate must have a least 2+ plus years of indoor & outdoor maintenance experience.
Skills needed include but are not limited to, general labor clean up around pool area, parking lot, as well as laundry rooms. Some plumbing, painting, tile work, landscape maintenance, knowledge of electrical wiring, carpentry background a plus. Must have great communication and organizational skills.
