GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB

The purpose of this position is to record depositions in the legal arena on a contract basis.


SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Maintain, setup, and operate various audio/video capture equipment and systems.
-Travel to client offices to perform duties as a Legal Videographer.
-Accurately process required job production forms and footage in a timely manner by uploading to our cloud.
-Consistently arrive at job location at least one hour before scheduled start time.
-Maintain a professional appearance at all times (suit and tie).
-Basic duties like copying, scanning job sheets and encoding/uploading various media types are a essential part of the job.
-Job requires digital media delivery via secure cloud service.
-Must have laptop and high speed internet.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and understanding of video and audio systems setup and operations.

-All Videographers must have reliable transportation, maintain a valid Drivers License and current Automobile Insurance at all times.

-CLVS or AGCV Certification a plus, though not required. Becoming and/or maintaining a state of California notary will be required after initial 90 days.

Travel Requirements: extensive travel required throughout the central valley, but bulk of assignments are in the Fresno area. Travel south to Bakersfield, north to Modesto will happen on a weekly basis.

Hours Required: Vary; MON-FRI. Occasional weekend jobs as required.
