We are looking for a leasing coordinator for our premium salon suites in Clovis. The candidate must be personable and able to think creatively to getting new leads and present our brand well. We are looking for someone to find & communicate with leads, do tours with them, and sign them. The position would be part-time with opportunities for bonuses when you sign someone.

We are a premium Salon Suites brand and need someone that represents our brand well. We offer suites to Beauty and Wellness Professionals who are looking to open their own business. We pay all the utilities, WiFi, and offer free laundry usage, a free booking app, premium fixtures and a beautiful patio for our occupants in the building.

The responsibilities would include:
- responding to leads
- using creative ways to get new leads
- answering texts/calls and communicating quickly
- touring the building with potential leads
- getting information for contracts
- setting up new renters with whatever they need to get set up
- keeping a report of leads and showings
- must be able to come in on weekends
