We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support business development for our Industrial Blasting and Coating operations throughout the Central Valley. This role focuses on generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and representing our surface preparation and protective coating services in the field. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an industrial sales environment, preferably with prior coating and industrial manufacturing sales experience.
