This would make an excellent live in trailer for a family member or a friend.
Details:
-clean CA title
-current 2026 registration
-14ft slide out
-Weight: Approximately 6,350 lbs (dry weight)
-AC works (heater not working currently. Not sure why). But you can use floor heaters
-water pump work
-2 electric leveling jacks on the front (with switch)
-all interior lights work
-slide out works
-5 good tires (including spare)
-20ft 30amp cable on the rear of the trailer
-fridge, water heater, stove, and freezer all work
-good DC battery
-2x10 gallon propane tanks
I can deliver for a fee and charge $4 per mile.
