Property owner asked me to remove this trailer from her property in clovis

I do not have any paperwork on it

details:
-4 good tires
-panels on the ceiling are slightly damaged, but the structure of the trailer is solid
-floor is solid as well
-Not sure what works
-Sold AS-IS
-It would make a good project
