Looking for a constant health care provider who’d accompany me with my medical transport and be there too assist me with Doctors appointments, some appointments may by out of town, I have an over night sleep study coming up, probably some shopping, cooking cleaning, washing clothes daily duties and some things that I will speak with an possible worker about. Preferably someone to have a vehicle. No IHSS providers.
