$775 for rent per month for the room, plus an additional $185 flat rate for all utilities including PG&E, water, wifi.
The owner pays for monthly maintenance for swimming pool, front yard and backyard service. Feel free to use any facilities in the house (kitchen, two big refrigerators, microwave, oven, washer, dryer, etc.) and backyard (patio, pool, badminton, etc.)
