Howdy! I have a single-occupancy, 10x10 bedroom that will be available soon. The tentative availability date is 9/1/2026. The room is currently occupied, but he is looking for apartments closer to work.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood near Clovis High School. There is laundry on-site and street parking. The rent includes utilities, housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and internet!
I’m looking for someone who is chill but responsible, who meshes well with others, and who understands the value of a well-functioning household. I’ve been doing the roommate thing for many years now, and it is always so much better when everyone has the same household values.
We are not interested in parties, drugs, smokers, random overnight guests, or other issues that can upset the balance of a household.
I have a process that has worked out very well over the years. It ensures roommate compatibility so that everyone in the home feels comfortable.
1. If you’re interested, you fill out my roommate survey on Google Forms.
2. If, based on your answers, I think you’re a good fit, I’ll send you a redacted version (no personal information or address) of the California Lease Agreement and my house rules for you to review.
3. If you agree to both, we can do a video chat or an in-person home walkthrough. I will answer any questions you might have, too.
4. If we are both a match, I’ll send you the lease agreement to sign. 1st month’s rent and security deposit are due before moving in.

I own the home and live on-site. My other roommate has been with me for four years and he is who you would share the bathroom with. We are both M-F professionals who appreciate a quiet and clean space at home. We are both pretty chill and might have an occasional get-together. Most of our time is spent working, working out, playing games, reading, watching movies, hiking, and eating. We each have a dog that lives in the home. No other pets will be considered.
