hello, I have a double wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with vaulted ceilings, all drywall and laminate flooring, indoor washer & dryer, plus a wood fireplace.There is a carport as well as 750 sq ft of enclosed decking, perfect to avoid summer heat, plus a 600 sq ft shop.plus a 12 ft gazebo,with water right on the river, plus a 7x11 shed with power, The space rent is $600 a month, which includes unlimited water and trash and sewer. tenant is responsible for electricity and propane which is billed by the park. This park is very small and private and quiet, its 15 miles from Sanger, Cal. 93657, 10 miles to pine flat lake with 67 miles of shoreline, a boaters dream. The space is the best in the park, at the end , one quiet neighbor, located directly on the river, huge space, there is a complete underground watering system in the front yard, side yards and back yard all the way to the gazebo, its controlled by 2-6 station controllers, there is room for an rv and a boat and several cars, this much space is a rare find in a trailer park, its usually a small small yard with neighbors 10 feet away on both sides, every day by the river there are geese, ducks, hawks, cranes and bald eagles, its living in a beautiful, natural, quiet place with no noise or people, just relaxing...all for 600 a month...don`t wait, call show contact info
