Two of the office are small, the third office is average sized and has an exterior doors. The conference room is good-sized and has a large window that looks into the large open area. The break area is open to the open work area also.
This suite is separately metered and has its own hvac unit. There is an alarm installed should the tenant want to activate it. Tenants have 24/7 access to their suite.
