Bulldog Towing and Transport is seeking to fill a permanent Front Office / Dispatching department position. We are a privately owned company, in business under the same ownership since 1992. It is our goal to strive for a positive and pleasant work environment.
We are looking for someone with industry experience in dispatching, routing and towing along with extensive office experience. Industry specific training will be provided where applicable.
Position Hours: 8:00a - 5:00p MON - FRI and one part time Saturday shift per month (11:00a to 3:00p) Applicant must also have the ability to work as early as 7:30a and as late as 6:30p as needed to cover vacations, sick leave and employee training
**** Candidates MUST have a minimum of 5 YEARS full time experience and be proficient in ALL of the following:
Considerable computer software and clerical experience - (will train for industry specific programs)
Accounting experience associated with invoice processing and receivables -Statements, Billing, Collections, etc.
Strong organizational skills - Coordinate customer correspondence accurately and efficiently
Ability to regularly administrate, implement and manage new and ongoing programs as needed
Extensive customer service background and good communication skills
Strong familiarity of the Fresno area and Central Valley with ability to efficiently route drivers and effectively communicate with customers and law enforcement
Answer multi line phones with ease and efficiency - Experience working with the public- Ability to maintain positivity and professionalism, especially with challenging customers
Typing -10 key - Computer software adaptation
