- Answer busy phone lines
- Greet patients
- Data Entry
- Incoming - outgoing mail & distribution
- Additional clerical duties
- Must have 3 years’ minimum recent experience in an office environment
- Commitment for 4 months -covering a maternity leave
- Good customer service ability
- Typing 45 WPM
- Intermediate level MSWord, Excel
- Medical office experience is helpful
- Temporary position paying $12.00 an hour
