The Front Desk team is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience while ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
Verify patient demographics, insurance information, eligibility, coverages, waiting periods, clauses, and required documentation.
Collect payments, and process transactions accurately.
Maintain complete and accurate patient records and communication logs.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team regarding schedule changes and treatment updates.
Keep the daily schedule organized to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Obtain required consents and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and office policies.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
