We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated candidate to join our team. This role is primarily remote after completion of in-office training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance standards are met through outbound communication, accurate reporting and efficient data management.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to insureds or agents.
• Accurately document call outcomes and maintain detailed records.
• Review and update records in internal systems.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills with professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
