Executive Administrative Assistant (Fresno,CA)

compensation: $16-$19

Core responsibilities for this position, include but are not limited to:

Managing all firm calendars
Scheduling quarterly meetings
Moderating multi-line phone system
Coordinating set up for meetings and lunches
Communicating with other members of the firm on both the executive and staff levels
Providing clients with excellent customer service in a prompt and competent manner
Transferring electronic files from digital media in addition to organizing and maintaining electronic files in the server
Transcribing notes and reports
Effectively utilizing various office equipment, software, hardware and filing systems
Other duties as assigned



Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:

Warm and welcoming demeanor
Articulate communicator, both in person and on phone
High level of professionalism
Technologically proficient
(2) years of experience in the day-to-day application of administrative/secretarial duties that would provide the required level of knowledge, skill, and ability in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service oriented phone skills, exemplary language, grammar and proofreading skills, and strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to multi-task
Possess strong attention to detail and a high rate of accuracy under deadline pressure
Ability to work with diverse populations, willingness and desire to learn new skills and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and manage assignments to completion in a timely manner.
