We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy with financial records, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of prior bookkeeping experience
• Property management experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Entering and maintaining financial records
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts
• Assisting with invoices, payments, and reports
• Supporting day-to-day office and bookkeeping needs
