Description
-Responsible for the successful day-to-day operation and production manufacturing facility
-Provide strong leadership, coaching and team building skills to all employees, including managing, hiring, training, discipline and evaluations
-Maintain/increase production, ensure all safety, quality standards are met in an efficient and profitable way
-Ensure and maintain a safe work environment and conduct routine safety meetings and inspections in multiple areas, air quality, health department, etc…
-Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure continuous production and safe working environment
-Drive LEAN continuous improvement culture throughout the plant
-Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve and operate in continuous improvement environment
-Responsible and work with production team to build team culture and maintain company goals and values
-Take pride of ownership ensuring the facility’s appearance is kept up, both inside and out
