Used Tank Sales, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Painter to sandblast, prep, prime, and finish refurbished steel tanks to a professional standard.
What You’ll Do
• Perform surface prep on steel tanks: degreasing, sandblast/grinding; sandblast experience a must.
• Mix and apply primers and industrial coatings (epoxy/urethane) using spray equipment (airless/conventional)
• Mask, tape, and finish to spec; verify mil thickness/coverage where applicable
• Maintain equipment, booths/areas, and a clean, safe workspace
• Coordinate with the team to meet project timelines
What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on industrial/automotive/heavy equipment painting experience
• Knowledge of coating systems, mixing ratios, and spray technique
• Strong attention to detail, finish quality, and safety practices (PPE/respirator use)
• Reliable, punctual, able to work solo or with a team
• Experience is a must! This is a part time/on call type of job.
