Roofing/ Solar
- Attach roofing paper and composition shingles, using nails.
- Unload materials and tools from work trucks, and unroll roofing.
- Locate and repair leaks within a timely manner.
- Provided accurate measurements and estimates for all projects.
- Consistently assumed additional responsibilities and worked extended hours to meet project deadlines.
- Cleared drains and downspouts and cleaned gutters.
- Inspect roofs to determine the best repair procedures.
- Install, repair or replace single-ply roofing systems, using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics,
elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions.
- Cement or nail flashing strips of metal or shingle over joints to make them watertight.
- Completed site surveys to determine placement for solar panels and shingles.
- Installed panels mounts on rooftops to comply with building codes.
- Install Solar Panels, apply operation or identification tags or labels to system components, as required.
- Perform routine maintenance or repairs to restore solar thermal systems to baseline operations.
Handyman/ Maintenance
- Preformed plumbing duties, replace and repair leaking pipes both indoor and outdoor.
- Replace and repair toilets together with pulling old fixtures and setting new ones.
- Replace and repair faucet fixtures.
- Performed general maintenance; replacing door locks, and caulking, patching sheet rock holes, painting and
carpentry.
- Conducted minor repairs in a small 20 - unit apartment complex, in order to have them "move - in ready" for next
occupant.
- Provided lawn care and maintenance.
