The Materials Planning Clerk supports production by ensuring raw materials, packaging, and supplies are available and accurately tracked. This role works closely with purchasing, warehouse, QA, and production to prevent shortages, maintain inventory accuracy, and support transfer orders in the ERP system.

Pay rate: $22-$24/HR, DOE
Location: Sanger, CA. 93567
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Review production schedules and monitor material needs.
• Track inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
• Create and maintain transfer requests in ERP and Excel.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Assist with cycle counts and lot/expiration tracking.
• Communicate material status across departments.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory records.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in planning, inventory, and purchasing in Food Manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• ERP system experience required.
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead to oversee 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced baby food manufacturing facility. The Production Lead will be responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring food safety and quality standards are maintained, monitoring production schedules, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise production team members during assigned shift.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Train, coach, and support employees on production processes, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct line checks and monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to maximize production output and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns with management and maintenance teams.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Maintenance departments to support production goals.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety standards, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
