We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packer to join our team at a baby food packaging warehouse in Sanger! The Packer will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packing baby food products into boxes and preparing them for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Sanger, California
Pay Rate: $16.50/Hr.
Shift: 2nd shift starting at 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Carefully pack products into boxes, ensuring each item is placed correctly and securely to prevent damage during transit.
• products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
• Accurately label boxes with product information and shipment details.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
• Meet daily packing quotas and work efficiently to ensure timely completion of packing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including packing stations and surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes up to 20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
