Vezina Industries, Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our Madera location. This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, moving, and loading windows, doors, and related materials for assigned projects and installer crews.
The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable of lifting heavy materials, works well with others, and takes pride in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lift, carry, move, and organize windows, doors, and related materials throughout the warehouse.
Pull and stage materials for assigned projects and installer crews.
Load trailers and company vehicles with windows, doors, and supplies needed for installations.
Assist installers and team members with loading and unloading materials as needed.
Move materials manually, with team lifting, or by using pallet jacks for heavier loads.
Keep materials organized by project, customer, or assigned warehouse location.
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including sweeping, removing debris, and keeping walkways clear.
Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to management.
Follow company safety procedures when lifting, moving, and handling products.
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull heavy windows, doors, and materials.
Must be comfortable performing repetitive lifting and standing or walking for extended periods.
Must be able to work as part of a team when handling oversized or heavy products.
Must be able to safely use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Warehouse, construction, loading, or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to follow directions and stay organized.
Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
Ability to work safely and communicate with supervisors and team members.
Must be willing to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position works primarily in a warehouse setting and may involve loading and unloading trailers, working around construction materials, and assisting with project staging. The role requires attention to safety, teamwork, and organization throughout the workday.
