Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime Available: Weekdays and some weekends as needed

Blast Tech Because Rust Never Sleeps is seeking a dependable, hardworking Laborer/Maintenance Technician with a mechanical background to join our team in Fresno, CA.
We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining equipment and facilities, and isn't afraid to get dirty. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance around the property and facility.
Clean and organize the shop, yard, and work areas.
Move equipment and materials throughout the yard.
Load and unload customer materials and equipment.
Remove and replace equipment as directed.
Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Follow directions from the Foreman while also being able to work independently.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Mechanical or maintenance background preferred.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance or related experience.
Comfortable working in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
