Insulation Installer – New Construction (Experienced)

Tyson Insulation is hiring an experienced Insulation Installer with a strong background in new residential construction. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up on time, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
* Install batt, blown-in, and other insulation products in new construction homes
* Read plans and follow builder specifications
* Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
* Maintain clean and safe work areas
* Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
* Follow all company safety procedures and building code requirements
Requirements:
* Previous insulation installation experience required
* New construction experience required
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and elevated areas
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
