Big Rig Tires & Alignment is Hiring – Human Resources Coordinator (Full Time)

We are looking for a reliable and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing truck service and tire operation in Fresno.

This position requires someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee files and documentation

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee records

Maintain attendance and payroll support documentation

Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants

Handle basic HR compliance paperwork

Support management with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Bilingual preferred (Punjabi or Spanish is a plus)

Excellent communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday – Friday
