He will try to take as much money as he can and pin it back on you or say prices went up. My new purchased cabinets are ruined along with all the flooring, and restroom leaking pipes that were held together by glue and silicone.. it’s wild to think someone would do that.. so this is to caution anyone who issues this form to try and hire make sure you know the person. I lost a lot of money and time I would not recommend you use them and when I say them Rafa represented him self as a crew but it was him and his wife
Doing the work I’m also having to
Redo the electrical because the air vent fans only turn on now when the light is off so I have to sleep with them running or turn on any restroom light for them to stop.. I’ll post some small pictures but there is a whole bunch more
