Putting feelers out. Not set on selling her, but considering just due to having too many horses.
16hh. 12 years old. Red as it gets. Wears front shoes.
Runs an 18 second barrel pattern currently on a good day. She’s ridden by a teenager who is a confident beginner. She is seasoned, patterned, she is excited at the pattern. No whipping or spurring needed, just started using softer spurs to see how she does and she sped up a second on her pattern.
She’s hot. But she’s safe for a confident beginner. Honestly if I don’t sell her, I will breed her within a year or two to high end lines because shes a speedster with great skill.
Jr rodeo safe. No major vices other than being a bit hot when she knows its go time. Often times she doesnt want to pattern at practice, she wants to go fast. Safe and sane outside of when those barrels are in the arena. Doesnt act up a fool.
Will jump around a bit in typical excitement as a barrel horse will when she thinks it’s go time. But she’s soft in the mouth and well behaved.
Not really looking to sell, but moving up for an even faster horse and not sure we can manage more competition horses than we already have.
Does all the standard gymkana events we have put her in no problem. Will go over jumps/through water/not bothered by flag events. She’s solid.
