We are now taking deposits for our upcoming on-farm harvest date (beginning of April).

Hogs are sold by hanging weight at $6.25/lb
Estimated 170β200 lbs per whole
How it works:
β’ 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your hog
β’ Final balance (hanging weight Γ $6.25 + harvest fee) due after harvest
β’ Buyer pays processing fees directly to the butcher
β’ The butcher will contact you for your cut sheet
β’ Meat will not be released until seller is paid in full

If a half hog feels like a lot, many people split a half hog with a friend or family member, which usually ends up being around 40-50 lbs of pork each.
