Due to one of our partners moving to Los Angeles, we are looking to sell his 1/3 share of our awesome 1980 Cessna TR182. The plane is currently hangered with Atlantic Aviation at KFAT and includes full service fueling and towing pull-out/put away service. The plane is managed very well, we use flighcircle to track maintenance and have a priority week system, but we have never had issues swapping weeks or flying when needed.
To be considered for the shares we are looking for a pilot that either has their IFR rating or is on track to finish it soon.
The plane is included in an LLC, so you will be buying 1/3 the shares of the LLC. The price is $75k + 1/3 of current amounts in the LLC bank account at time of sale. Any questions please feel free to reach out. Thanks!
