Now there is a problem, I bought these for my gf and she didn't want them because she wanted ear pods. I
couldn't return them because you have to disconnect items from your apple account. Which I didn't know you could do.
She never got it to be removed. They say to reset the pods and while you cant add them to your own apple account, they wont track anymore. Thats what the apple site says. The box is dirty because I had it at my shop. But they are new. Any questions please feel free to give me a call.
