2016 hyundai elantra,
Edit, I post a video if start up, and it driving, also I forgot to mention the broken taillight lens
It is registered until August, it need evap canister solenoid.
Also I will provide a carfax report that I will pay and print out so whoever is a serious buyer can the Vin number out, with the printed report to proof the has clean and that I am the 2nd owner, the first owner was my dad, It runs and drives to fresno over 30 miles both ways, it will eventually need the timing chain replaced soon along with the chain guide and tensioner arm, I have most parts to do that part. I just don't have the time or good place to the replacementof the timing chain. I did replace transmission myself about 15k miles ago (December of 2022 when I access to a shop. Back in October the oil pressure sensor started going bad and I had replace the oil pan due the plug being tightened too much, It basically until almost a month and a half ago, when I replaced the oil pan and pressure sensor, I have put between 1500 to 2000 miles on it since then, no oil leak. It's not perfect car, I do consider somewhat reliable, it can a lot better if someone has the skills or knows someone that can do the work for them.
The biggest concern is the timing chain it does make noise upon start up, and ticks like most hyundai's 1.8s do. Interior is dirty from my work and living in the mountains, tan seats are not the best for someone that works outside, seats covers are up to you.
Ac will need recharged, I do suggest replacing the components like compressor and condenser. It has had 2 benders, I spun on black ice, but nothing major. It's got a clean title, I will presonally provide a carfax report in person which does show a clean title. I will drive to Clovis or fresno and meet at a Wal-Mart or vons so you can look it, i decided where of those places.
I asking $4000 to leave negotiating room please be very serious and don't waste my time. The car runs and drives, I kept the oil often as I could I afford. It would be a good first car for teenager that wants to learn on how to starting work on a how to maintain them. I would keep it, except I moving out state with my folks who I care and help out, because of their health issues, and I need the funds to prepare my truck to use the move and for my work.
So $4000 or best offer, i would prefer someone who fix it and keep it maintained, not buy to do a quick flip. Call or text me, if calling and I don't leave a clear voice message with your call back number and a time I can reach you. I got a lot going on. My # 5five9 999-571six. If you don't local have area then I won't unless you leave a voice message you can also email thru the ad which will be up until the car is sold.
