This is the Newport 10 room dollhouse by Real Good Toys. Professionally built, painted and electrified with 12 volt lighting system. Beautiful wallpapers, carpet and window treatments throughout. Several chandeliers and wall sconces permanently wired in; additional wall outlets for lamps in several rooms. Fully furnished I am asking $2,000. Empty (no furniture) I am asking $750.00. Comes on a grass covered plywood base with rotating turntable underneath. Display table not included. Also comes with custom plexiglass dust shield for back opening. Dimensions: 45 inches wide, 42 inches tall, 21 inches deep. Weight approximately 100 pounds - it will take 2 people to lift and move and a large van or open truck to transport. It will not fit in the backseat of a car. Located in Clovis. Pickup only.
