I am selling my 2005 22’ cabin cruiser. This boat comes complete with a sink, head(bathroom) and AMFM CD player. The interior is in great condition and all the lights work. The motor is a V8 5.0 liter and starts up on the first turn of the key. The outdrive is an alpha one merc cruiser outdrive. I had a mechanic go through the motor and outdrive, so it has a new tune up, new plugs and wires, new fuel filter, a new blower and a new water pump impeller. Also this motor only has 72.5 hours on the motor, so very low hours. Comes with two garwin gps map/fish finders. The interior and exterior are in great condition. Even has a mount for a kicker motor. This boat does not take on any water and has never failed me. Asking $12000
