Overall the Astra oozes class and performance. Basso might not be as well known as the classic Colnago and Pinarello, but if you're looking for Italian style and high performance, then Basso are likely to give you that race performance with a touch of Italian style.

This was ridden infrequently and well maintained. Fully upgraded to Campagnolo Chorus with Ratio carbon bars and stem. Only ridden for a few years. Michrotech MCT slloy wheels were ridden a couple hundred miles. I bought this from England and very few of these were ever sold in the USA. This is the best bike I ever owned for sure.
