From my personal experience, laundromats have no economics of scale. People just go to the closest laundromats that meets their needs. There's really no franchise or Chain Laundromats.
Looking for someone who doesn't have $100,000 let alone $1,000,000 plus to invest.
What I am proposing. We work as a team. I purchase the property and pay for a complete remodel. Brand new everything. You run the business as your own. You font pay any rent or machine payments. I collect 40% of Revenue. Better your business does, better I do. Our interests are fully in-lined.
I would like to personally expand but this business only works with a hands on local operator.
Currently only open to buying a laundromat opportunity with the REAL ESTATE.
What you provide: Site Location, Day to Day operations. You are the business owner. I have build multiple laundromats. I can help with operations but not day to day involvement
Ideal site locations. 50% renters, lots of older apartments or houses without washers and dryers, average household size close to 4.
Looking for the right person . You wont have any rent or machine payments. Will just be a revenue share model. This will be your business.
