Invoicing & Billing Administrative Assistant (Fresno)

compensation: $14.00-$15.50 BOE
employment type: full-time

Fresno based company is seeking a invoice and billing administrative assistant. The ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, work ethic and ability to multitask effectively. Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Duties & Requirements:

· Process invoicing

· Add new clients database

· Print invoices and prepare to be mail out

· Print past invoices for clients as requested

· Email clients current invoices

· Address client phone calls re: billing/inv questions

· Assist client calls addressing questions re: billing

· Maintain filing system

· Additional miscellaneous duties as necessary

· Able to meet deadlines

· Minimum of 2-3 yrs experience (no exceptions)

· ADVANCED experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, 10-key, data-entry

Skills:

· 45 plus wpm (no exceptions)

· 10 key

· Able to prioritize duties in order of importance

· Follow instruction and procedures

· Detail oriented

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalency required
