We are a team of principles developing an exciting internet venture startup, which is based in Fresno.
We're looking to round out our principles team with a select few individuals who could fill any of the following positions:
* Website/Webapp Developer/Engineer
We're looking for someone who's seasoned in both Java (preferably J2EE) and, ideally, LAMP stack development.
* Software Product Manager - to help us develop the formal product spec.

* Graphics Artist/Designer (or Information Architect) - to help produce mockups, and contribute to designing the UI.

* Business Plan development assistant
We're looking for an MBA student, or other individual with business background, who could assist us in developing a thorough but easily read business plan.
The team currently consists of:
* Two Computer Science PhD's.
* A professional website/webapp/db engineer/architect with 10+ years of experience.
* A professional computer systems and security administrator with 15+ years of experience.
* A internet business development specialist based in SF, with superb industry ties and 10+ years of experience.
* A software/intellectual-property attorney based in SF.
* Also assisting with the venture in junior engineering roles are a few college students.
Most of the current team members have day jobs and so contribute in their "off" hours, this would be our expectation for you. Nonetheless the ability to work *full time* is highly desireable.
We can't say much about the venture here, other than it's ambitious both in technology requirements and business goals.
Also presently we are seeking out angel funding from a couple of channels, and from the feedback that we've received, the prospects for obtaining it are quite good.
