The following inmates (and many more) have requested a Christian penpal to disciple/minister to them:

* Edmund - Is not sure what he believes about God. Only knows the street life, but can now see that it is an illusion without substance.

* Anthony F. - Asked if we could provide information on different religions, including Jehovah’s Witness. Let’s tell him about the one true God!

* Fenton - A 30-year old from Norwalk who gets released in 2011. He wrote, “I am not yet a Christian, although I’ve made some bad choices in life and know that some things need to change. Hopefully, I can find guidance and my niche in life.”

He asked for a Christian penpal for both himself and his cellie. He said, “It’d be a blessing for us. We’d truly appreciate it.”

* Robert B - A 33-year old from Norwalk. He wrote, “I was raised in church but made some wrong choices in life which landed me in prison. After serving the first 9 years of my sentence, I’ve accepted the Lord back into my life.”

Is involved in the Urban Ministries Institute. His hobbies are reading, Christian music, attending church services, Bible study, Bible college, etc.*

Anthony O. - Wrote that he would like a Christian penpal to share his thoughts and feelings with. Let's tell him about the Lord!

*James V. - A Christian serving life without parole who said that he would "like to correspond with a fellow believer." He signed his letter "Your brother in Christ."

We sent them a Salvation Bible study and asked them to write back if they would like a Christian penpal to learn more about the Lord.

Write to Matthew25.36Ministries@yahoo.com and let us know how many inmates you would like to write to and we will send you their name and address. Tell us a little about your walk!

"Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners." – Hebrews 13:3
