On the south side of Morro Bay in Los Osos/Baywood Park.
Close to beaches and state parks. Great for surfing, kayaking, sailing, mountain-biking, bird-watching, hiking, photography etc. Look for otters, seals, dolphins, whales, elephant seals and migrating monarch butterflies. Day trips to Big Sur and Hearst Castle.
Beautiful scenery, quiet neighborhood. 1/2 mile walk to charming downtown with coffee shop and restaraunts specializing in Mexican, Thai, American Breakfast and French. Farmer's market on Monday afternoon. Also, local bar with kareoke 4 nights a week.
House has washer/dryer and fully equiped kitchen.
