One story 3BD/2Bath-1410 square foot home (sleeps 12)located at Bass Lake in Willow Cove in the Sierra Nevada mountain range of Central California near the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. Lots of parking. Your individual home at Bass Lake is perfect for a relaxing get-away. You can enjoy the new 850 sq. ft. deck complete with gas barbecue. Situated back in Willow Cove with little traffic(great for children), this home has everything you need for a summer week vacation. You need only supply linens (if you need bed & bath linens, contact the property manager), paper products and food, or eat out at nearby Ducey's Lodge or various Pines Village eateries which are located in the charming Pines Village. The Pines Lounge has a band every Friday & Saturday night. And don't forget Jazz on the Lake at Ducey's poolside or in your boat Friday nights 6:30PM-9:30PM Memorial Day to Labor Day. A market, reataurants, gas station & shops are also available in the village. You may relax on the beautiful deck and enjoy nature or hike on one of the many nearby trails. A 15 minute drive will take you to Oakhurst which has fine restaurants, shops & theaters and the new Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is a short 30 min. drive. A pleasant days excursion to Yosemite Valley and just a half hour from the World Famous Mariposa Grove of Big Trees/Giant Sequoias.

Stay in the Pine Village area, where the comedy movie "The Great Outdoors" was filmed. Starring: Dan Aykroyd as and obnoxious loudmouth who crashes the summer vacation of his brother-in-law (John Candy). Also starring Annette Bening. A DVD will be in the house for you to view and to recognize some of the scenery and Pine Village. Enjoy! You will be staying in historic gold country. Bring your favorite dvds, there are 2 DVD players with TVs. We offer cable tv with 50+ channels.
