Hello, I have a nice home in Yosemite Lakes Park on 1.3 acres. Built by Bricker Homes about one and a half years ago. It's 1675 sq ft with 3/2 and an oversized 2 car garage. Only about 30 mins to Fresno.
I need to find someone wanting or needing to relocate to this area from the Clovis or NE Fresno area who is willing to TRADE homes. You buy mine.....I buy yours all at an agreed upon price. It's a simple process with two willing parties.
If you've tried or considered selling your home but can't because of the market, I know how you feel.........so this is the only way.
Please contact me with with any questions .......I'm not trying to make money on my home, more important is the need to relocate. I know whatever home I trade for can be sold at a later date when the market corrects, so that doesnt' worry me.
