$400 ***Roomie wanted from Aug-Dec*** (one block away from Ceder/Herndon) (map)
Two Fresno State students (1 female/1 male) are looking for a roommate for the next semester. We are planning to move into either Mariner's Park (3bed/2.5bath) or Jackson Park Place (3bed/2bath) which are both loated on one block away from Ceder/Herndon. The apartments are both gated and in a safe environment. We are still considering which apartment we really want to move in, but probably we will move in Mariner's Park which is relatively smaller apartment community. (only 32 units!) It has a garage and is a townhouse style so we can keep our privacy from guests!
Both apartments has Washer and Dryer inside of the units. No more quarters!:)
The most important concern for us is to look for someone who want to stay ONLY FROM AUG TO THE END OF THIS YEAR. This is because the current roommate will come back to Fresno and live with us together again. So we need someone to cover her spot for about half a year.
Regarding to rent and utilities, we will sprit fairly and equally.
Since we have not decided which apartment to chose, we are still not sure how much the rent would be. However, it would be AROUND $400. So it may be a bit expensive or cheaper. We need to discuss the portion of rent since both apartments has a master room. Utilities and internet will be splited by three.
We do not mind either female or male, but we are looking for a reliable person who pay rent punctually. No Drugs! No big parties! And No dramas!
We are simply looking for a nice person who want to live in a peaceful environment.
