I was offered a summer internship abroad and am looking for someone to take over my current lease for the summer from June 1st – August 31st (Can move in a bit earlier if needed. You are more than welcome to take over the lease at that time for an additional year)
*This will be 1 room in a 3-bedroom rental house (No worries – this is not a family renting a room type of situation). You will have 1 other roommate. She is very friendly, but is working on her PhD, so tends to keep to herself most of the time. It will be like having your own house for the summer!
*The house is located in a small community (pool included) within walking distance of the Riverpark shopping center (In the picture) and the beatifuful Woodward Park.
*Rent and utilities generally run from $400-$500/month, depending on how often the A/C is run.
*Available furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer
