We have a fully-furnished guest room (and guest bathroom with tub and shower) in a lovely 4 bedroom/3-bath, pet-filled home in NW Fresno that is available to a female summer intern, summer school student, traveling professional. If you are allergic (or don't like) cats and dogs, this would NOT be a good choice for you. (We're a married couple in our early 40s, but my husband will be deployed all summer.)
$450 per month, including utilities. (We try to be as "Green" (environmentally friendly) as possible and conserve energy by using our whole house fan and ceiling fans when we can, plus we have dual pane windows...don't worry -- we also have air conditioning!)
