I heard from a friend that a couple of White Seabass were caught near the Monterey Harbor Wednesday or Thursday weighing 15 to 30 pounds. There is some Halibut action as well as Rock Cod. With gas as high as it is, I can't afford to go it alone. I have twenty years experience and a 23 foot Bayliner Trophy with hardtop to get out of the sun with all the rods and reels and tackle. I take a couple hundred pounds of ice in the fish hold to keep the fish fresh. I am not a licensed guide. I do this for fun, but I want some fish too. Both men and women are wecome.
